Natour el Beit is an online marketplace. It connects customers with independent service providers in Lebanon and handles the payment between them. It does not do the work. Customers sign this once before their first payment, and providers sign it when they list, by typing their full name.

For customers

Natour el Beit does not do the work

Providers are independent businesses. They are not Natour el Beit's employees, agents or partners, and Natour el Beit does not supervise or control how they work.

No guarantee

Natour el Beit makes no promise about any provider's work, quality, timing, licences, insurance or conduct. Any check we make, and any "Vetted" badge, is limited and is not a guarantee.

You accept the risks of the job

You choose the provider and decide who may enter your property. You accept the risks that come with the job, including damage to or loss of property, theft and injury, and you are responsible for securing your valuables.

You release Natour el Beit

To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Natour el Beit, its parent company, owners, staff and partners from any claim arising from a provider's work or conduct, or from your dealings with a provider. Such claims are between you and the provider.

Limit

If Natour el Beit is nevertheless found responsible for anything about a booking, its total liability is limited to the fee it earned on that booking.

For providers

You are independent

You are an independent business, not an employee, agent or partner of Natour el Beit. You decide how you do the work.

You are responsible for your work

You alone are responsible for your work, your staff and tools, safety on the job, any permits and licences, your taxes and your insurance.

Damage and injury

You are responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by you or your staff, including injury to yourself or your staff.

You cover Natour el Beit

You agree to cover Natour el Beit's losses and reasonable costs, including legal costs, if a customer or anyone else makes a claim against it because of your work or conduct.

You release Natour el Beit

To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Natour el Beit, its parent company, owners, staff and partners from any claim arising from a job, a customer's conduct or a customer's property. Natour el Beit pays you only money it actually received for the job, minus its commission.

For everyone

This does not take away rights that the law says cannot be given up, and it does not cover Natour el Beit's own fraud. Report a problem and refunds still work as described in the Booking Agreement.

By typing your full name, you sign this electronically, and you agree that it has the same effect as a handwritten signature. We keep your name, the version you signed and the date.
