Natour el Beit is an online marketplace that connects customers, often living abroad, with independent service providers in Lebanon. When you book or take a job through the site, the job itself is an agreement between the customer and the provider. Natour el Beit connects you and handles the payment. Customers accept this agreement before paying a booking; providers accept it when they list their service.

For customers

Your agreement is with the provider

What the job includes, when it is done and how well is agreed between you and the provider. The provider does the work, not Natour el Beit.

Paying through the site

You pay the agreed price by card through the site. We pass it on to the provider after the job is marked done, keeping our fee. Pay for bookings made here only through the site, never to the provider directly.

If something goes wrong

Tell us as soon as possible, and within 48 hours of the job being marked done. While the provider's payment has not gone out, we can hold it while you and the provider sort the problem out. Refunds are decided case by case.

Your property and belongings

You decide who may enter your property and arrange access with the provider yourself. Keep valuables secured.

Responsibility

The provider is responsible for their work, and for any damage or loss it causes. To the extent the law allows, Natour el Beit is not responsible for the work, for damage, injury or loss arising from it, or for what the customer and the provider agree between themselves.

For providers

You work independently

You are an independent provider, not an employee or agent of Natour el Beit. You are responsible for your work, your staff and tools, any permits, and your own taxes.

Your agreement is with the customer

Do the job as agreed with the customer. You are responsible for its quality, and for any damage or loss you cause.

Getting paid

The customer pays through the site. After the job is marked done and a 48-hour waiting period, you receive the price minus Natour el Beit's commission, in your Whish wallet in Lebanon. Give us the right Whish number: money sent to a wrong number can't be pulled back. If the customer is refunded before your payment goes out, it is cancelled; if after, you agree to pay it back.

No payments outside the site

For customers you meet through the site, take payment only through the site.

Your listing

Keep your listing true and up to date. We may remove a listing that is false, or a provider who breaks this agreement.

Natour el Beit's role

We run the website, connect customers and providers, take the customer's payment and pay the provider. We are not a party to the job between them.

Changes

If this agreement changes, the version number above changes too. Bookings already paid and listings already made stay under the version that was accepted.
